About

My name is Andrew Donnellan. I originally hail from Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia, but have found myself in the wonderful surrounds of our incredibly underrated national capital, Canberra, as a Political Science/Computer Science student at a most excellent institution, The Australian National University.

“Politics and Computer Science,” you are wondering. “How do they go together?” Well, the topic of ‘e-democracy’ aside, they basically don’t. I just happen to have a variety of interests.

I run Debian GNU/Linux, and I support the Free Software movement (admittedly, I’m not quite as pure as rms would like).

As interesting as both politics and computing are, the most important thing in my life is my Creator, who has chosen to save me through His Son, Jesus Christ. My faith is foundational to everything else in my life and I don’t know how I’d be without it. I consider myself a Christian in the Reformed Evangelical tradition, and I presently worship with the members of Crossroads Christian Church in Canberra.
